Free Shipping for Launch
Standard shipping is free on eligible US orders during our launch period. The offer is applied automatically at checkout. Any product or destination exclusions will be displayed before payment.
Order Processing
Orders are carefully packed and processed as quickly as possible. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your parcel is handed to the carrier.
Delivery dates shown at checkout are estimates. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and remote destinations can affect final delivery timing.
Boulder Pickup
Boulder pickup is available when the option appears at checkout. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup email before visiting the store.
Pickup address: 1815 Pearl St, Boulder, CO 80302. Store hours are 11:00 AM–6:00 PM Monday through Saturday, and 12:00 PM–5:00 PM Sunday.
Address Changes
Please check your shipping address before placing your order. If a correction is needed, contact support@enroute.cc immediately. We cannot guarantee an address can be changed after fulfillment begins.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If tracking shows an unexpected delay, or your parcel arrives damaged, email support@enroute.cc with your order number and photos where applicable. We will work with the carrier and guide you through the next step.
