Returns and Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted:

  • Within 14 days of delivery for online orders
  • Within 7 days for in-store purchases

Return Conditions

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • With original packaging intact

Items showing signs of wear, washing, damage, fragrance, or misuse will not be accepted.

Fees

  • Store credit is issued at full value
  • Refunds to the original payment method are subject to a 3% restocking fee
  • A $20 CAD return shipping fee applies to all returns

Are there return shipping fees?

A $20 CAD return shipping fee applies to all returns. We provide a prepaid return label, and the $20 is deducted from your refund or store credit.

Sale Items: Items discounted 20% or more are final sale and not eligible for a refund.

All international and U.S. shipments are final sale.

What is your return processing time?

Returns are typically processed within 5–7 business days after receipt.

Can I return items purchased online in-store?

Yes, items purchased online can also be returned or exchanged in-store.

What items are final sale?

The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:

  • All International and U.S. orders
  • Collaboration brand items and limited releases
  • Socks, water bottles, headwear, and gloves
  • Base layers, arm warmers, and leg warmers
  • Nutrition products
  • Items discounted 20% or more
  • Items purchased during clearance or Black Friday promotions
  • White bib shorts

Do you provide crash replacement?

Accidents happen. That’s why ENROUTE.CC offers a crash replacement program for eligible items purchased directly from us.

What’s Included

We provide a 35% discount toward a replacement item.
The discount is calculated based on the original purchase price, as confirmed by your transaction record.

Eligibility

  • Available to the original purchaser only
  • Valid within 12 months of the original purchase date
  • Applies to damage resulting from a cycling incident
  • Item must have been purchased directly from ENROUTE.CC

Crash replacement is offered at our discretion and may not apply to all brands.

How to Apply

To initiate a crash replacement request, please email support@enroute.cc with:

  • Proof of purchase
  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • A brief description of the incident
