Hydraulic Mineral Oil

Shimano hydraulic mineral oil — the fluid that transfers lever pressure to the caliper pistons. Shimano systems use mineral oil (not DOT fluid — these are not interchangeable). Bleed kit service item; spare bottle to keep on-shelf for every few seasons of regular bleeds. This is the Hydraulic Mineral Oil.
