Every ASSOS chart below is verified against the brand's official sizing, and all numbers are body measurements, not garment measurements.
ASSOS fit — the short version
regularFit (Mille range — Mille GT, GTV, GTC, GTS, GTO, TRAIL, RALLY): snug but accommodating, allows upright riding posture.
racingFit (Equipe R, Equipe RS): tighter, lower-cut, designed for tucked race position; lower waistband on bibs.
aeroFit (Equipe RSR): most aggressive cut; woven (not knit) fabric; high compression.
Sizing tip: ASSOS runs small vs MAAP / PNS / Rapha. Size UP one for Equipe RS or Equipe RSR. Mille GT (regularFit) is the closest line to MAAP / PNS sizing.
ASSOS published height range alongside chest/waist/hip; defer to whichever gives the larger size, then lean up if buying RS or RSR.

S — chest 92 cm (36.2 in), height 170–176 cm (5'7"–5'9")

ASSOS uses Roman numerals (0 / I / II) on the sock box; some retailers translate these to S / M / L on the storefront. The chart applies across G2 GT, RS Targa, and most ASSOS sock lines.
If you normally wear another brand
Anchored on a Rapha Core medium:
- Rapha Pro Team — M for a snug race fit, L between sizes. Runs about half a size small; cut for the riding position.
- MAAP — M. Same letter as Castelli and Assos; big arms or a long torso, go L.
- Pas Normal Studios — L. Slim cut with a short front; women go one size up across the range.
- Assos — M — confirm with their size calculator. Lean builds land true to size; muscular builds go up one.
- Fingerscrossed — M — jerseys can take S if between sizes. Bibs: never size down.
- Universal Colours — L. Chart values are upper limits; Spectrum can need two sizes up.
- Biehler — M for the pro fit, L for regular. European race fit; Pro Fit pieces are compressive by design.
