製品開発の際にCeramicSpeedと密接に協力することで、Factorは究極のレーシングバイクのための最良の技術的解決策を見つけることができます。2019年6月から、FactorのR&Dチームはヘッドセット用のCeramicSpeedのSLT（固体潤滑技術）ベアリングをテストし、2021年3月以来ロードバイクで使用している破壊不可能なヘッドセットベアリングの開発にフィードバックを提供しました。SLTベアリングはその耐久性が保証されていることが証明されています。メンテナンス不要で、統合コックピットと組み合わせると特に有用です。SLTベアリングは、統合コックピットのヘッドセットメンテナンスの問題を解決し、メンテナンスの必要性を排除します！
空力学と軽量化がしばしば綱引きをしているにもかかわらず、Ostro VAMのデザインはこれら二つの重要な要素が同じ方向に引っ張ることを確実にしています。Ostroの設計において、Factorはフレームのあらゆる側面を考慮し、最適な空力プロファイルを適用しました。特にフレームセクション間の移行や、さまざまな有効風角度における性能に重点を置いています。チューブプロファイルはNACA（National Advisory Committee on Aeronautics）の形状から派生し、水線（水平方向）に沿って気流に合わせて配置され、乗り心地と空力対重量バランスを最適化するために空力セクションを積極的に切り詰めています。

Our Policy
To provide our customers with the flexibility and confidence to shop online, our return policy is 30 days. If opened, items must be defective or unused, and returned with original undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be pre-approved via our return centre before being shipped back to our warehouse or returned in person to our 2205 West 1st location in Vancouver. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and are reflected on your method of payment. Refunds will only be issued once the product is received, inspected, and approved by our receiving team. The amount will be refunded to the original form of payment and, in some circumstances, we may charge a restocking fee or refund to store credit. The date on which you placed your order is used to determine the return time frame.
