The Role

We're looking for an energetic Sales Associate who understands that selling premium athletic wear is about more than transactions - it's about creating experiences and building relationships. You'll be working with world-class brands like MAAP, Pas Normal Studios, Arc'teryx, and On Running while helping customers find the perfect gear for their active lifestyle.

What You'll Do

• Create exceptional shopping experiences for our community of cyclists and runners
• Share your knowledge and passion for premium athletic apparel and accessories
• Build lasting relationships with our regular customers
• Provide expert product knowledge and styling advice
• Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation
• Support community events and brand partner activations
• Maintain our high standards of store organization and cleanliness
• Process sales and manage inventory accurately
• Contribute to our vibrant store culture and community atmosphere

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for cycling and/or running
• Previous experience in premium retail sales
• Strong understanding of technical athletic apparel and current trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build authentic connections with customers
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Flexibility to work weekends and some evenings
• Experience with POS systems and inventory management
• Enthusiasm for creating engaging retail experiences

What Sets You Apart

• Personal experience in cycling, running, or endurance sports
• Knowledge of premium athletic brands and their products
• Experience in specialty athletic retail
• Multilingual abilities
• Background in coffee service
• Event planning or community management experience

• Full-time and part-time positions available
