ASSOS VS RAPHA: SIZING
Assos and Rapha size differently, and the letter on the label is not the whole story. Assos runs small against MAAP, Pas Normal Studios and Rapha; lean builds land true to size and muscular builds go up one. Their Mille GT line is closest to MAAP and Pas Normal sizing. Rapha Core is the reference point most riders know; Pro Team runs about half a size smaller and is cut for the riding position. Bibs are meant to fit tight; any fabric movement causes chafing, so do not size down. After a couple of washes and hang dries the fabric relaxes a touch.
