SalesABOUT THE ROLE
As a Sales Staff member at enroute.cc, you'll be the first point of contact for our adventure-seeking customers. Delivering best-in-class brand experiences by combining expert product knowledge, innovative problem-solving, and genuine enthusiasm to enhance every customer's experience.
Your work will primarily surround customer service, from engaging with in-store customers to assisting with inquiries about products on our website. While knowledge of outdoor gear and running is beneficial, we're looking for someone who can quickly learn about our diverse product range.
What We're Looking For:
- Previous retail experience - either in person or via phone, email, and chat
- Passion for developing relationships with customers
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Strong multitasking skills and proficiency in online research
- Adaptability and quick learning in an ever-changing environment
- Professional communication with managers and team members
