Wolftooth Goat Link 11-Speed Hanger
Enroute.cc presents the GoatLink 11 hanger extension, designed to enhance the performance of your 11-speed Shimano mountain bike rear derailleur by allowing you to use a wider range cassette. With a 10-42t cassette, the GoatLink 11 adjusts the position of SLX M7000, XT M8000 and XTR M9000 rear derailleurs to ensure the free chain length between the cassette and the top derailleur pulley is within 1% of Shimano's intended specification, while also improving cassette tooth engagement in the smallest cog by 27%.

- 11-40 cassette: Not required
- 11-42 cassette: Not required
- 11-45 cassette: Requires GS/SGS derailleur
- 11-46 cassette: Requires GS/SGS derailleur
- 10-42 cassette: Requires GS/SGS derailleur
- 10-44 cassette: Requires GS/SGS derailleur (Wolf Tooth GCX44)
- 10-45 cassette: Not optimized
- 9-44 cassette: Not optimized
Please note that the GoatLink 11 is compatible only with SLX M7000, XT M8000 and XTR M9000 series 11-speed Shimano rear derailleurs, and can only be mounted to standard derailleur hangers. Double chainrings (2x) are supported with a long cage (SGS) rear derailleur with no more than a 12t difference in front chainrings (with an 11-46t cassette), while triple chainrings are not supported.
