Refund policy

We have a 30-day online return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items without a formal request will be denied.

We have a 14-day in store purchase/pickup return policy, which means you have 14 days after picking up your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@enroute.cc. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and quality issues with products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If an item is purchased in store an item must be returned in store. The purchaser must return the time in as new condition. Any damage or use of the product will be subject to a restocking fee.

If an item is purchased in store and brought out of town, the purchaser must ship the item back to us at their cost.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

We do not accept returns on sale items, socks, gloves, hats, knee warmers, leg warmers, neck warmers, base layers, gloves, caps, or gift cards. No exceptions.

Clearance and Sale Items

A product that is sold at a discount of 15% or less can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment. Clearance products sold above a 15% discount are returnable for in-store credit. Clearance products sold at a 30% discount or more are final sales.

Price Protection Policy

If you purchase an item with us and the product goes on sale within 14 days, we are happy to honour the sale price where possible.


Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and are reflected on your method of payment. Refunds will only be issued once the product is received, inspected, and approved by our receiving team. The amount will be refunded to the original form of payment and, in some circumstances, we may charge a restocking fee or refund to store credit. 


The buyer is responsible for all costs related to return shipping.
