ENROUTE.CC is a cycling-focused destination built for riders who value performance, design, and consistency. Founded in 2020 and based in Vancouver, British Columbia, we curate cycling apparel and accessories from trusted brands and pair them with thoughtful service, deep product knowledge, and a strong local cycling culture. Alongside ENROUTE.CC, our running side (ENROUTE.RUN) brings the same standards to the run community: considered footwear and apparel, honest fitting, and a local culture built around the sport rather than the trend. The café completes the space: a place for riders and runners to gather before and after, held to the same bar for care and consistency as everything else we do.

Whether someone is training consistently or simply moving through daily life, Enroute exists to support that process with clarity, quality, and restraint.
Role Overview
The warehouse is what keeps both the stores and the online shop running. This role builds and runs it: shipping accurately, receiving quickly, and keeping the stock count honest, so the shelves are full and online orders leave on time, every time. You will be setting it up, not just keeping it ticking over.

What You'll Own
Order fulfilment
- Own order fulfilment: pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and on time
Receiving and inventory
- Run receiving so inbound stock becomes sellable quickly
- Keep inventory accurate through disciplined cycle counts
Team and safety
- Hire, schedule, and lead the fulfilment team
- Own warehouse safety, with zero tolerance for reportable incidents
Cost and controls
- Control fulfilment cost per order and partner with Finance on inventory value
What You Bring
- Warehouse or fulfilment leadership experience, ideally in retail or ecommerce
- Hands-on experience with a WMS and inventory-accuracy discipline
- Experience hiring and scheduling an hourly team
- A safety-first approach with a real record of incident prevention
Strongly Preferred
- Specialty retail or apparel/footwear fulfilment background
- Experience setting up or relocating a warehouse operation
- Familiarity with Shopify and multi-channel retail and ecommerce fulfilment
