Gel Mix 480

Gel Mix 480 is a powder-based hydrogel fuel that sits between Drink Mix and Gel. One sachet dissolved in 200 ml of water carries 120 g of carbohydrate in a texture thicker than a drink mix and looser than a gel. It is pH-sensitive, so it turns into a true gel in the acidity of the stomach, encapsulating the carbohydrate and carrying it through to be absorbed. Built to be mixed and carried in the Gel Mix Flask 350 ml, in a running vest, waist belt or jersey pocket.
