Factor의 OSTRO VAM 프레임셋은 초경량 공기역학적 카본 로드 바이크를 구축할 수 있는 기회를 제공합니다. 포크, 프레임 및 시트포스트는 유선형 디자인을 만들기 위해 최적화되었습니다. 이 경량 프레임셋은 TeXtreme 카본 섬유를 사용하여 달성된 뛰어난 강성으로 인상적입니다. TeXtreme은 매우 평평한 섬유로 구성되어 넓게 깔 수 있어 재료 사용이 매우 적습니다. 이러한 섬유는 피치 기반의 카본 섬유에 의해 지지됩니다.

Our Policy
To provide our customers with the flexibility and confidence to shop online, our return policy is 30 days. If opened, items must be defective or unused, and returned with original undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be pre-approved via our return centre before being shipped back to our warehouse or returned in person to our 2205 West 1st location in Vancouver. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and are reflected on your method of payment. Refunds will only be issued once the product is received, inspected, and approved by our receiving team. The amount will be refunded to the original form of payment and, in some circumstances, we may charge a restocking fee or refund to store credit. The date on which you placed your order is used to determine the return time frame.

We do not offer exchanges. If you are looking for another size or colour, place a new order through our website, and then visit our return centre.
