제품을 개발할 때 CeramicSpeed와 긴밀히 협력함으로써 Factor는 궁극의 레이싱 자전거를 위한 최상의 기술 솔루션을 찾을 수 있습니다. 2019년 6월부터 Factor의 연구개발 팀은 헤드셋용 CeramicSpeed의 SLT(고체 윤활 기술) 베어링을 테스트하여, 2021년 3월부터 로드 바이크에 사용해 온 파괴 불가능한 헤드셋 베어링 개발에 피드백을 제공했습니다. SLT 베어링은 유지보수가 필요 없으며, 통합된 콕핏과 결합될 때 특히 유용합니다. SLT 베어링은 통합 콕핏의 헤드셋 유지보수 문제를 해결하여 유지보수의 필요성을 제거합니다!
비록 공기역학과 경량화가 자주 줄다리기를 하지만, Ostro VAM 디자인은 이 두 가지 중요한 고려 사항이 같은 방향으로 나아가도록 보장합니다. Ostro를 설계할 때 Factor는 프레임의 모든 측면을 고려하고 최적의 공기역학적 프로파일을 적용했으며, 특히 프레임 섹션 간의 전환과 다양한 유효 풍각에서의 성능에 중점을 두었습니다. 튜브 프로파일은 NACA (National Advisory Committee on Aeronautics) 형상에서 파생되었으며, 수평선(수평)을 따라 공기 흐름에 맞추어 배치되고, 주행 품질과 공기역학-무게 균형을 최적화하기 위해 공기역학 섹션을 과감하게 절단하여 최적화되었습니다.

Our Policy
To provide our customers with the flexibility and confidence to shop online, our return policy is 30 days. If opened, items must be defective or unused, and returned with original undamaged packaging to be eligible for a refund. All returns must be pre-approved via our return centre before being shipped back to our warehouse or returned in person to our 2205 West 1st location in Vancouver. Refunds can take up to 7 days to process and are reflected on your method of payment. Refunds will only be issued once the product is received, inspected, and approved by our receiving team. The amount will be refunded to the original form of payment and, in some circumstances, we may charge a restocking fee or refund to store credit. The date on which you placed your order is used to determine the return time frame.
