Order Fulfilment, Delivery, and Local Pick-up

In-stock orders will be ready for pickup within 24-48hrs. Please wait for confirmation email prior to pickup.

For local pick-up, we will contact you when your item is ready. Please bring a copy of your order confirmation and identification when you pick up your order.

In-stock orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours of placement.

We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 28 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. All returns returned without proper authorization will be returned to the sender.

Shipping fee of $10 will be deducted for use of return labels.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Shipping fee will be deducted for use of return labels.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale and final clearance items or gift cards.

We do not accept returns on sale items, socks, gloves, hats, knee warmers, leg warmers, neck warmers, base layers, gloves, caps, or gift cards. No exceptions.

Clearance and Sale Items

A product that is sold at a discount of 15% or less can be returned for a refund to the original method of payment. Clearance products sold above a 15% discount are returnable for in-store credit. Clearance products sold at a 30% discount or more are final sales.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Gift Cards/Store Credit

We cannot refund gift cards, or redeem a gift card or store credit as another form of payment. Refunds for items purchased on a gift card or as store credit will be refunded back onto a gift card, or will be applied as in-store credit - whichever is preferred by the customer.

Your Credit Card Statement

Orders will show up on your credit card statement as:
