About ENROUTE

ENROUTE.CC is a cycling-focused destination built for riders who value performance, design, and consistency. Founded in 2020 and based in Vancouver, British Columbia, we curate cycling apparel and accessories from trusted brands and pair them with thoughtful service, deep product knowledge, and a strong local cycling culture.

We believe good gear should do its job quietly. That means function before hype, fit over trends, and honest recommendations grounded in experience. Whether someone is training consistently or simply moving through daily life, Enroute exists to support that process with clarity, quality, and restraint.

Role Overview

Boulder is our first store outside Canada, and it needs someone who can open it, build a team from nothing, and bring the Enroute experience to Colorado. You lead every part of the store day to day: the people, the sales, the customer experience, and the store's place in the local cycling and running community. You look after this store as if it were your own, and you hold it to the standard of the Enroute brand.

  • Reports to: General Manager
  • Location: Boulder, CO
  • Compensation: $75,000–$95,000 per year (USD)
  • Employment Type: Full-time
  • Eligibility: Authorized to work in the United States
