ENROUTE.CC x PAS NORMAL STUDIOS JULY SOCIAL RIDE
2025-07-28
On Friday July 18th, we hosted a special edition of our social ride series in partnership with Pas Normal Studios. The ride was both a celebration of the season and a warm Vancouver welcome for Sune Nicolajsen, General Manager of Pas Normal Studios North America.
We wanted a route that felt uniquely Vancouver. One that balanced natural beauty with an enjoyable riding experience for a big group. The Seymour Demonstration Forest checked every box. The park offers a 20-kilometre out-and-back ride that gives quiet, car-free roads, rolling hills, and lush forest surroundings, with just the right mix of climbs, descents, and social cruising.
The group rolled out from the Enroute.cc Clubhouse in Kitsilano, weaving through East Vancouver before crossing the Iron Workers Bridge. Once we reached the base of the park, the road opened up and we entered the calm of the forest. The pace relaxed, and over 70 riders enjoyed the rare opportunity to ride freely through one of the city’s most beautiful areas.
At Seymour Lake, we paused to take in the view of the dam and catch our breath before the return leg. The ride back was smooth and fast, with just enough effort to keep things fun. After crossing back into the city, we returned to the shop, where cold drinks and pizza were waiting for the crew.
We were proud to show off the strength and spirit of the Vancouver cycling community, and even more excited to do it alongside Pas Normal Studios. A big thank you to everyone who came out to ride, and to Sune for joining us. We’re looking forward to more community rides and special events with Pas Normal Studios this summer, stay tuned!
