Role Overview
The Retail Sales Associate is the face of our store, creating a welcoming, knowledgeable experience for every customer. You will guide cyclists and runners through product selection, fit, and sizing, support day-to-day store operations, and help keep the floor looking its best.
- Reports to: Store Manager
- Location: Vancouver, B.C.
- Compensation: $18–$23 per hour
- Employment Type: Part-time
- Eligibility: Authorized to work in Canada
Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet and assist customers, providing attentive, knowledgeable service
- Guide customers through product selection, fit, sizing, and compatibility
- Process sales accurately at the point of sale and handle returns and exchanges
Store Operations
- Restock, organise, and merchandise product on the sales floor
- Help keep the store clean, tidy, and well presented
- Support receiving and stock counts as needed
Product Knowledge
- Build strong knowledge of our brands and product assortment
- Stay current on new arrivals, seasonal changes, and key features
What We're Looking For
- Experience in retail, customer service, or hospitality
- Strong communication and a friendly, approachable manner
- Availability on weekends and during peak periods
- Comfortable on your feet and working as part of a team
- Interest in cycling, running, or technical apparel is a strong asset
